These terms apply to everyone who uses the website of the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) at splm.ss. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About this website

This is the official website of the SPLM, operated by the SPLM National Secretariat in Juba. It publishes Party news, statements, leadership information, policy positions and historical material for members, the media and the public.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every page is complete or current at all times. Official positions of the Party are those adopted by its organs under the SPLM Constitution. If you find an error, please tell us through the Contact page.

Copyright and reuse

Unless stated otherwise, the text, photographs, graphics and design of this website are © Sudan People's Liberation Movement. The SPLM name, flag, emblem and logo are the property of the Party.

We want SPLM news and positions to be shared. You may, without asking permission:

• quote, reproduce or broadcast SPLM news articles, press statements and speeches for news reporting, commentary, research or education, as long as you do not change their meaning and you credit the source as "SPLM, splm.ss";
• use SPLM photographs that accompany news articles for news reporting about the same subject, with the credit "Photo: SPLM";
• share and print the SPLM Manifesto, SPLM Constitution and other official documents published here, in full and unaltered.

You may not:

• use the SPLM name, flag, emblem or logo in a way that suggests the Party endorses you, your organisation, a product or a campaign, without written permission;
• alter official documents or statements and present them as SPLM material;
• use SPLM content for commercial advertising.

Some images on this website come from other sources, such as Wikimedia Commons. Those images remain under their owners' own licences, and you must follow those licences if you reuse them.

Acceptable use

You must not use this website to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to its management area, to disrupt or overload it, to send automated messages through its forms, or to harvest the personal information of others. Attempts to attack the website are logged and may be reported to the authorities.

Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, including SPLM membership registration at splm.life, the SPLM Online School, video platforms, and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we do not operate, and a link does not mean we endorse everything on that website.

Donations and personal information

Donations are covered by our Donation Terms. How we handle personal information, including cookies, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

The website is provided as it is. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, for example for maintenance or security reasons. To the extent permitted by law, the SPLM is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or the information on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Sudan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
