SPLM SG Spearheads Strategic High-Level Leadership Summit with SPLM Leadership from States and Administrative Areas

The Secretary General of the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM), Cde. Dr. Akol Paul Kordit, convened a pivotal high-level meeting at the SPLM Plaza in Juba, bringing together State and Administrative Chairpersons and Secretaries.

During the summit, the Secretary General issued a series of strategic directives aimed at strengthening the party’s foundational structure in anticipation of the upcoming general election. The Secretary General officially tasked the SPLM Leadership across all states and administrative areas to initiate membership registrations immediately to facilitate the comprehensive reorganization and restructuring of the party's foundation. 

The Leadership was further tasked to launch membership drives and begin preparations for the Women’s League Conference at the states level in preparation for the National Women's League Conference, to ensure broad-based engagement.

 Additionally, in a move to ensure organizational unity and alignment, the Secretary General requested the state and administrative area Chairpersons to replicate the National Leadership Summit at their respective levels, requiring them to invite all county Chairpersons to provide a thorough briefing regarding the key resolutions reached during the national summit here in Juba. This summit underscores the SPLM's focus on grassroots organizational development and proactive preparation for the political calendar ahead.
