The Upper Nile State Congress represents a crucial pillar in the party's national roadmap to empower local leadership, solidify its grassroots structure, and deliver sustainable peace, national cohesion, democratic governance, and economic development across Upper Nile State and the whole Country.

The SPLM National Secretariat reiterates its commitment to conducting free, fair, and transparent internal processes across all states. The party extends its deepest gratitude to the peace-loving citizens and loyal cadres of Upper Nile State for their warm reception and unwavering dedication to the vision of our founding principles.
